Where do we ship?
We currently ship to all locations in Canada.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
The details are generated and available at checkout based on your postal code.
Who are our shipping partners?
We choose the partner for each order to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Do we offer the order pickup option?
We offer order pick up at our Montreal location. Please select Pick Up option at checkout and you won't have to pay for shipping! Pick up is available during business hours 9:30AM-5:00PM EST, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Statutory Holidays.
Will I be charged US/Canada tariffs?
No, your orders should not be affected right now by US/Canada tariffs. We ship out of Ontario, Canada. Orders under $800 USD can still enter the US from Canada without extra fees (Section 321).
Your shipping costs will stay the same. There are no extra fees being added to your order at this time. All shipments are currently moving normally across the border. We'll update this page if the situation changes!
Will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an email with your order confirmation shortly after you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. In that email, there will be a tracking number.
You can track your order via the courier's built in tracking notifications.
Can I modify my order?
After you've placed your order, you cannot modify your order (ie add new products to the order).
If you've made a mistake on your delivery address, email us at hello@theinfinimart.com immediately, as once it's shipped, we cannot modify it in any way.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as your order has not been fulfilled (shipped). To cancel your order, email us at hello@theinfinimart.com immediately. Please note that cancelling an order is a manual process for us, and we can't guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order in time before it gets packaged and shipped.
After it has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Can I return my order?
We welcomes you to return unopened products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns that are made from 15-30 days after purchase are only eligible for store credit.
We will not to accept returns after 30 days of purchase.

Can I get a price adjustment?
Unfortunately we cannot perform price adjustments or price matches for orders placed outside of the sale period.
What happens if my product freezes during shipping, is it safe to use?
While it is possible for the product to freeze due to external temperatures, this does not affect the overall safety or stability of the product.
When the product melts back to room temperature, it typically restores itself to its original state without any harm. However, we recommend exercising caution when opening the product, as freezing can cause the container to expand, potentially leading to spillage.
When do you restock?
We restock on a rolling basis based on product availability with our suppliers. If you're waiting for a specific product to come back, the best thing you can do is to sign up for restock notifications on the product listing, as they helps us prioritize restocks.
Please do not contact us for specific restock dates, as we cannot reliable provide timing estimates.

Return Policy
Return Policy
At The Infini Mart, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we accept returns on unopened, sealed, and unused products for a full refund (minus shipping costs) to your original method of payment within 30 days from the date of shipment.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Return eligibility
1. Condition of items - Products must be in resalable condition — meaning they must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging/box. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
2. Return shipping fee - A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8.00 CAD applies to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund once we receive and process your return.
3. Original shipping fees - Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information has been generated.
Defective, damaged, or allergic reactions
If you received a defective or damaged product, or experienced an allergic reaction, please contact us as soon as possible via email or chat. Be prepared to provide clear evidence, such as photos of the product or documentation of the reaction.
For damaged items, please keep all original packaging in the condition it was delivered, as the shipping carrier may require inspection. Claims cannot proceed without proper documentation.
While we do not offer full refunds for reactions or damages, our team is committed to providing a fair and reasonable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
